The Kota Semarak development in Kuala Lumpur has recently achieved a significant construction milestone. The project, led by a joint venture between TH Properties Sdn Bhd and Malaysian Resources Corp Bhd (MRCB), is set to transform an 11-hectare site in Jalan Sultan Yahya Petra into a mixed-use complex.
